Sláintecare, in partnership with IFIC Ireland and the HSE, would like to invite you to the 13th Right Care Right Place Right Time Webinar, on Thursday 21st October from 3.30pm to 5pm.

This webinar will share stories of Sláintecare Integration Fund projects which have a focus on prevention and on empowering people and communities to be more engaged in their own health and wellbeing. The innovation and best practice that all these projects represent will be of great value to the work underway in every county to implement Healthy Ireland as a key part of the Sláintecare vision.
